If the e-merchant fails to replace or reimburse the covered good, we've got you covered – 100% of the purchase price, including all taxes, will be reimbursed. And if the good has been replaced or reimbursed, any re-shipping costs you've paid are also covered.

Main exclusions

  • Animals, plant perishable goods and food
  • Online auctions, exchange sites or secondhand goods
  • Goods purchased to be sold as merchandise
  • Goods not delivered due to a strike by the postal service or carrier, a lockdown or sabotage
  • Digital data to view and/or download online

Documents needed to file a claim

  • Your order confirmation
  • Copy of the delivery slip or receipt
  • Copy of the Lydia Black+ Account statement certifying the debited amount
  • Any evidence of non-conformity of the covered goods
  • Copy of the complaint letter and proof of sending, as well as emails exchanged with the e-merchant
  • Copy of the e-merchant's refusal following the complaint letter
  • If the goods are returned to the e-merchant, proof of their shipping costs
